Opening the Heart

book-748904_1920

If you are not present or loving yourself, then you are judging. Judgment is a third dimensional trait. Since we are now on the cusp of entering the fourth dimension, it is time to leave judgment behind. See each other as the unique individual that each is and accept the individual as such.

Unconditional self love without judgment opens the heart. Energetically hold yourself to unconditional love; accept it all. When you can do so, then you can give it away to others. You must feel you are loving yourself, for this indicates what your future will be.

As we move into the fourth and even fifth dimension, choose the shift to be better for you. How do you want the shift to be better for you? Make a list or write out how you want things to be better for you as you continue living in a third dimensional body. Expand choosing to love yourself unconditionally. The shifts are about transformation, expansion and bringing heaven to Earth.

Unconditional love keeps the heart open and open to new experiences. Balance is doing it enough.

Clearing Unsupportive Thoughts

love-2055960_1920

People who came before you―who may also be you from a former lifetime―and individuals presently living on the planet are all responsible for the thoughts that are collectively held around the earth. These thoughts must be removed since they are unsupportive to Earth and its residents. When an unsupportive thought comes up, there are ways to negate it. One that works very well is to immediately say, “Cancel, clear and replace with unconditional love directly from Prime Source.” This removes the unsupportive thought(s).

Another method for those who, for whatever reason, let their mind roam into thoughts of an unsupportive situation, is to say, “I release all such unsupportive thoughts that I just experienced to the light and replace it with unconditional love.”

Individuals often wonder where such thoughts come from and why they thought them. Thoughts surround the Earth and you tap into them when you walk into a space where they are stored. For example, they could have been past thoughts of an unsupportive event you had while sitting in your dining room. Every so often when you are sitting in that same spot or if your mind travels to that space, the event is revisited. The energy field surrounding you stores thoughts also just as your cells store memories of past traumas.

Choose to clear such thoughts by sending them to the light. Put them in an elevator if you wish and send them up to the light to be dissipated. You can also place them in a balloon and let them rise up to the light. Be sure to replace the emptied space with unconditional love directly from Prime Source. You may also choose to replace the space with a positive thought. These are just some examples of how to remove stagnate energies that no longer serve you. Use it as you clean. Open things up and let new air come into the house. Clean your home and your physical body of unsupportive thoughts and energies. The clutter and stagnant energy in your home is representative of what you carry within you.

Create Your Heaven

stairs-735995_1920

We spend our life collecting things. These may be materialistic or they may be beliefs and thoughts of others. In later years when we realize what we clung to were memories reflected by those things and that what we believed to be our truth may no longer be so.

Some feel lost and alone, wondering where did things go wrong. Others, choose to relive their pleasant times and all the fun they had. An older friend recently said something about aging in reference to this. “We may not have our friends and loved ones anymore, but at least we have our memories of good times to keep us going.”

Is that what you want to do, live through your memories? Or do you want to create new adventures in the present? Memories dwell on the past and keep you in the past. Adventures are created in the present. Your life was meant to be lived. How do you choose to live your life?

Instead of filling your life with memories being lived in the mind over and over again, open your heart to new experiences and live in the now. As you get older, you will still be enjoying new experiences, challenging yourself and expanding your energy. It is living your life to the fullest. You will be collecting experiences in the now rather than reliving the past. Age is just a number; if you take care of the body and stay flexible, you could live a longer, more fulfilling life.

Some people are afraid they will hurt themselves and become an invalid. You do not have to go sky diving or mountain climbing unless you really want to. Instead of placing limitations on yourself, see them as adventures. If you are concerned, then ask that you are protected and guided during your adventure and you will be.

You do not have to wait until the afterlife for heaven. You can create heaven on Earth in your present life and in the afterlife. Create a list of everything you want to do while you are alive; then start doing them. “I can’t afford it” is not an excuse. Where there is a will there is a way; look for alternative ways that cost very little or exchange your skills for the opportunity. Each year, add more to your list. This is not a bucket list; it is an adventure list of how you want to create your heaven on Earth. After all, you are a creator.

Wishing you Heaven on Earth,  Mary

Praying for Another

pray-1639946_1920

When someone asks you to pray for another’s healing or the tough times one is experiencing, is that really what the person needs?

We do not have the entire picture of what is going on in the life of another. Maybe whatever is happening to the individual is needed as an important step to bring the individual to whatever point of learning is necessary in his or her life. By limiting your prayer to a specific result, it may be counterproductive in that situation.

God knows what is needed. So instead of asking for a certain situation, consider changing it to, “May God’s will be done in the life of (the person’s name)”. God’s plan may be much better or bigger for the individual than your request.

Adding “this or something better than” could also be used. For example, if a person is going through a hardship, you could ask that the situation be gentle and easy for him/her; or this or something better than. The added words open things up to other possibilities that may be better.
