As the third dimension continues to crumble and so many are feeling achy throughout their body, it is also time for you to get rid of the old. Rearrange things so the old energies can be moved out. Clean out files and give them new folders. You can also give away what is no longer needed or used.
Here is a suggestion for creating your new fifth dimension. Think about what you want your fifth dimensional world to be. Is peace, love, joy, abundance for all, laughter and happiness part of it? Whatever you choose, think big. All things are possible when you believe. Do not limit what the universe wants to give you.
When you ask for something, extend the invitation to allow the universe to create something better. This allows you to be in awe of what is possible and to dream even bigger. Use “this or something better” at the end of your request. Make it part of your routine when you dream for what you desire. The universe has no limits, so why put limits on your request.
May your holidays be filled with peace, joy, love and light. Mary
So many are working hard and doing their part to make the world a better place. Maybe it is time for others to step up and assist. There is so much you can do when you realize the power of one. It is not just a number. The number involved is amplified as more and more people work together with others. It is the concept of the whole is greater than the sum.
What can you do today to make your world a better place? After all, you are only one. Isn’t that also true when you join together with others for a common purpose? The power of one exceeds beyond your imagination. Have you not been told that you are all connected as one? This is the power of the one.
We see how so many of you come together to assist another in need. It is time to put that on a broader scale and see what can truly be accomplished. It is just a matter of coming together for the benefit of all. One can be a part of something bigger. The whole is also one made of many parts. You are the one−together.
Wishing you love in all that you do, Mary
While my plan was to write on a different topic, my higher self wanted me to use this entry from Are You an Empath? For the past few weeks, empaths have steadily shown up at fairs for help. While this writing applies to empaths, it can also assist non-empaths in times to come.
Sometimes we withdraw when an individual is being mean or ill-spirited towards us. An individual can be more aware of what is really going on by observing what is shown or felt. It may be what you see around the person. One or more of our senses are usually developed past the norm.
For example, I attended a presentation by a well-known doctor who worked with herbs and natural healing. Above his head appeared to be a grey circle or cloud. It was the first time seeing this and I wasn’t quite sure what it meant. He was suffering from depression. About two years later, he wrote publically about his on-going depression. If you do not understand what is going on with an individual such as the grey cloud shown over a person’s head, contemplate, meditate on it or ask your guidance.
You may sense or feel what the individual is going through or you may just know it. Recognize it is not yours. The individual may also be acting out what was being done to him or her or reflecting their own insecurities. If you do not know the person and are not being treated right, walk away. You don’t need someone like that in your life. If you stay and let the person verbally abuse you, you are giving your power away.
Another reason for an individual acting out toward you may be he or she has a contract to teach you a lesson. Lessons can be gentle and easy. You can walk away from learning the lesson in an unsupportive way and, instead, ask that your lessons be gentle and easy. Then deal with the lesson when it comes up. If you postpone it, the next time it comes around will be more difficult. If you step back and observe what is going on, you will have a better idea. It is very important to stay out of the emotions or turmoil.
Wishing you love in all that you do, Mary
