Would have, could have, and should have all deal with the past. Is that where you want to live? Has would have, could have or should have come up recently? If so, how did you handle it?
You are a different person now and did not have the information then that you have now. If you do not know what to do when it runs through your mind, an easy way to deal with it is to say, “That was then, this is now, and I am okay.”
Release the past as it comes up to be released. Get out of the third dimensional loop. Choose positive thoughts instead; they will do more for you than would have, could have or should have.
